The invented example message “I am the admin. Join our VIP signal group on Telegram for daily pre…” reads High: a payment demanded up front, paid tips or signals and a claimed admin or agent and 1 more. This is a reading of the words only; it cannot see who sent a message, so a Low reading never means a message is from who it says.

A scam on Telegram looks like any other chat until it asks for something: a fee to join, a deposit to withdraw, a code, a file to install. Paste the message above and the checker lists which of those habits its words show, with the exact words marked.

In the example pitch the checker rates the message High and finds 4 signs. The one that counts most is a payment demanded up front. Paste your message in its place to see which signs it shows.

A Low reading means none of the usual habits showed up, not that a message is from who it says. Check with the sender on a number you already have.

Common questions

Can the checker tell who is behind a Telegram account?

No. It reads the words of a message and the links inside it, and cannot see who sent them, how old the account is or whether a number is spoofed. That is why a Low reading never means a message is from who it says.

Should I reply to a message that looks like a scam?

No. A reply tells the sender your number is live and often brings more messages, calls and pressure. Do not tap a link or share a code either. Block the sender and report the message in the app if you want to.

Why does a task job ask me to pay in first?

The deposit is the point. After a few small payouts, the “job” says a bigger task needs a larger deposit, then another, and the money you put in is never released. A real employer pays you for work and never asks you to pay to be paid.

Does a Low result mean a message is fine?

No. Low means none of the usual habits showed up in the words. A careful scammer can write a message with none of them, and the checker cannot see who sent it. If you did not expect the message, check with the sender on a number you already have.

Why does the checker list the exact words it matched?

A score alone teaches nothing. Seeing the words marked in your own message shows you what to look for next time, and lets you decide whether a match is fair. You can paste a different message and watch which words change the result.
