91 Club Login Page Not Opening: Fixes

Updated 8 October 2026 · 5 minute read

Find out whether the fault is your internet, your phone or the address, in that order, and stop at the first check that fixes it. If your browser shows a security warning, treat it as a stop sign, not something to click past.

Eight checks, in order

Work down the list and stop when the page opens. Each step says what its result means. If your screen already shows a message, start where it points:

  • “No internet” or “You are offline”: step 1.
  • “This site can’t be reached” or “took too long to respond”: steps 2, 3 and 4.
  • A blank white page, or “Aw, Snap!”: steps 5 and 7.
  • “Your connection is not private”: step 8 and the next section.

Otherwise, start at step 1.

  1. Does any other site open? Try a news site or a search page. If nothing opens, the fault is your connection, not this page: check that Wi-Fi or mobile data is on and that today’s data pack has not run out, then do step 4, and ask your internet provider if it still fails. If other sites open, carry on.
  2. Switch networks. On Wi-Fi, turn it off and use mobile data; on mobile data, try Wi-Fi. If the page opens on one and not the other, the network is the likely cause. Internet providers can block some addresses, and a block can apply to one connection and not another. We cannot tell whether yours does, and we do not suggest ways around a block.
  3. Check the address or link you used. Compare it letter by letter. A missing letter, an extra word, a hyphen or a different ending leads somewhere else, and look-alike names are made this way. If the link came from an ad or a chat, suspect the link first. Finding the right link covers the platform’s own advice, and the link checker reads any address you paste.
  4. Turn airplane mode on, wait a few seconds, turn it off. Some phones call it flight mode. This makes the phone rebuild its connection, and a restart does the same.
  5. Try another browser, then clear this site’s data. If the page opens in a second browser, the first may be holding old saved data for the site. In Chrome on Android, tap the icon at the left of the address bar, then Cookies and site data, then Delete (Google’s steps). On an iPhone, see Apple’s Safari steps. This signs you out of the site, so know your password first.
  6. Set date and time to automatic. A wrong clock breaks secure connections, and many pages then refuse to load.
  7. Free some space and switch off battery saver. A nearly full phone or a saver mode can leave a page half loaded, which often shows as a blank white screen.
  8. Look for a security warning. If the browser says something like “Your connection is not private”, stop and read the next section before you do anything else.

A security warning is a stop sign

A secure page proves who it is with a certificate, which works like an ID card for a website. A warning such as “Your connection is not private” in Chrome, or “This Connection Is Not Private” in Safari, means the browser could not check that card. The cause can be harmless: Chrome’s help page says an inaccurate date and time on your phone can trigger it, and public Wi-Fi sign-in screens or an out-of-date browser can too.

It can also be a copycat page, or someone interfering with the connection. The warning alone cannot tell you which, so:

  • Do not tap Advanced to continue on a login page.
  • Do not type your number, password or any code there.
  • Fix the date and time (step 6), then try once on another network.
  • If the warning stays on an address you typed yourself, leave and try later.
  • If you reached it by a link, assume the link is wrong and go back to step 3.

The absence of a warning proves nothing either, because a copycat can hold a valid certificate. The address is the check that counts.

What not to install or change

Advice for a page that will not open often says to install a VPN app (a service that sends your traffic through another company’s servers), change your phone’s DNS settings (the lookup that turns a website name into an address) or use a “proxy” or “mirror” link (an address that passes you through another server, or to a copy of the page). We recommend none of them. Unknown VPN apps are a common way to get malware, and any VPN lets its company see which sites you visit. A proxy or mirror link is another address you cannot check, which is how look-alike pages spread. The same goes for an app file that claims to fix the login: read about app files before you install anything.

If none of it works

Try a second phone on the same network. If it fails too, the network or the platform is the cause; if it opens, the first phone is. We cannot see inside any platform, so we cannot say whether it is down. Wait, try again later, and do not hunt for “new links” in the meantime. Other sign-in problems are in the login guide.

Connection fixed? Open the platform’s page from here, then check the address bar before you type anything.

Common questions

Why do I see a blank white page instead of an error?

A blank page usually means loading started and then stopped, often because of a weak connection, a nearly full phone, a saver mode or an out-of-date browser. Try another network, update the browser and clear that site’s data.

Will clearing a site’s data delete my account?

No. Your account lives on the platform’s servers, not on your phone. Clearing a site’s data signs you out and removes what that site saved here, so make sure you know your password before you do it.

Is a VPN app a fix for a page that will not open?

We do not recommend one. Unknown VPN apps are a common way to get malware, and any VPN lets its company see which sites you visit. If only one network fails, the safe choices are another network or waiting.

What should I do if the browser says the connection is not private?

Stop. Do not tap through to continue and do not type anything on the page. Set date and time to automatic, try once on another network, and check that you typed the address or can account for the link.
